Bahubali Gulabchand Foundation is our non-profit arm that is aimed at helping deserving and needy individuals along with working with institutions and organizations to achieve their CSR vision, with a focus on Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent Work & Economic Growth, and Good Health and Wellbeing.
Walchand Diamond Jubilee Trust
The Walchand Diamond Jubilee Trust was founded by Seth Walchand Hirachand in 1943. He founded the trust with the contributions presented to him by employees of Walchand Group on the occasion of his 60th birthday. The Trust is aimed at general public and employee welfare and is involved in supporting deserving and underprivileged people with medical and educational assistance. It is also dedicated towards providing relief to those affected by calamities and natural disasters.
Community First Initiative
CommunityFirst is the CSR initiative of Walchand PeopleFirst which is aimed at providing volunteering opportunities to its employees in the areas of women empowerment, child well-being and environment. It was instituted in 2018 and has since partnered with a number of NGOs over initiatives that have engaged most of the Walchand PeopleFirst employees in meaningful and impactful philanthropic activities, spanning over 200 hours.
