The gigantic task force for conducting a countrywide general election consists of nearly five million polling personnel and civil police forces. This huge election machinery is deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission and is subject to its control, superintendence and discipline during the election period, extending over a period of 2 months


Walchand Plus has been mandated to motivate and enhance the leadership competencies of all Administrative/ revenue and other government officers involved in the elections so that they lead and manage the election process in an efficient manner. Under the intervention, Leadership & Motivational Training (LMT) and Training of Trainers and Facilitators (TTF) are some of the programs that will be delivered.


30000+ will be trained over two years and this will help the participants master the skills to excel in today’s competitive workplace. They will learn to handle people more professionally and keep pace with fast-changing workplace conditions. They will develop the skills to stretch beyond their comfort zone and attain ambitious new goals..
