Literacy India wanted to manage their talent force by enabling a transformation within the employees through learner centric real life & experiential training workshops. They wanted holistic learning interventions for the project coordinators that will address gaps in implementing project s and help them to operate effectively in the communities they work with.
WPFL conducted a series of Capacity Building Programmes to address the “Behavioral & Professional Competencies” of the project coordinators of Literacy India who are responsible to drive various social development projects of the organization
33 attendees have overcome their inherent shyness and hesitation to communicate and have become more conversational and open in communication. They are more confident in their ability to communicate and to influence each other to action by taking ownership and leading the way confidently
