A foundation was laid for the 38 underprivileged men at Don Bosco’s single room to improve their employability and upskill them for the industry
As part of a CSR initiative, Walchand Plus and Rustomjee Foundation jointly designed a program where these 38 men had to be trained to write projects and on interview handling skills to face the interviewers from organizations like Mahindra First Choice, Sai Service, etc.
The program ensured that the men were able to crack their job and become bread earners for their families. Essential communication skills, interview skills helped them with the edge required in a competitive, unorganized market.
