Business Need

Central Bank of India needed to impanel an experienced training partner for the delivery of a specially designed Soft Skill Program, “Manthan” in the Bank. The training activities would focus mostly on behavioral and functional areas related to enhancing employee performance in specified locations.

Solution

Walchand Plus created a pool of 50 plus Trainers for the project. These trainers further trained the internal stakeholders on the Curriculum, Code of Conduct and Hygiene at 8 different Cities across the country. A trainer report was generated, tracking all the phases of the project. Besides that, detailed trainee feedback and action plan for 3 / 6 months was provided for sustained results and measurement.
An impact Assessment through a specialized survey was carried for all the participants post 3 months of the program.

Impact

Over 16,500 Participants were trained under this project within 10 months, across 30 cities engaging 55 Trainers who facilitated this training.

The bank has witnessed an enhanced sense of belongingness and performance orientation in its employees.
